Payment
All payment is via bank transfer and is due before the physiotherapy session. Sessions cancelled until 48 hours of the appointment will be refunded in full.
Insurance
We are recognised providers of Aviva, Aetna and Cygna insurance companies, and we can invoice these directly for you. For all other insurance companies, you will need to pay Bumble Bee Physio and ask your company for reimbursement upon receipt of your invoice. We cannot guarantee reimbursement and recommend you speak to your insurance company directly before booking physiotherapy sessions. Most other insurance companies only pay £25-£35 per physio session, well below the market rate. However, if you tell your insurer that your child needs specific paediatric neurology home visits, they are usually happy to reimburse the full price.
Cancellation Policy
All sessions cancelled up to 48 hours before will not be charged. Sessions cancelled within 24 -48 hours will be charged at 50%, and the full rate will apply for sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
We will always try our best to make exceptions for children who are sick, or for last-minute changes in circumstances, but this will be at the discretion of your physiotherapist.
