Payment
Invoices are emailed fortnightly by our accounts team, and are payable by card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Insurance
We are recognised providers of Aviva, Aetna and Cygna insurance companies but you will need to pay upfront and get reimbursed by contacting them directly. For all other insurance companies, you will need to pay Bumble Bee Physio and ask your company for reimbursement upon receipt of your invoice. We cannot guarantee reimbursement and recommend you speak to your insurance company directly before booking physiotherapy sessions.
Cancellation Policy
All sessions cancelled up to 48 hours before will not be charged. Sessions cancelled within 48 hours will be charged at the full rate.
