By confirming your appointment with us, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions, please read carefully.
Invoices and Payment
Invoices will be emailed fortnightly by our accounts team, after your session. Payment is due within 7 days of the date of this invoice. You can pay with PayPal, card, direct debit or bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
If you fail to attend a treatment or class, or reschedule or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be obliged to pay for the full cost of the missed session.
Information about your visit
Please take a seat in the reception area of the clinic, and wait for your physiotherapist to come and collect you. This also applies to group therapy, and gross motor classes.
You must stay with your child for the duration of all appointments, the parent or caregiver is not permitted to leave the room without their child.
Group Therapy
You are responsible for your child at all times in the group. Please do not allow your child to interfere or endanger any other children. The groups take place in large enough rooms for lots of movement and independence.
All information talked about in the group is strictly confidential, and is not to be taken outside of that room.
