‘From a correspondence/admin perspective I was incredibly impressed. We all know how important this is I’m sure! Email and phone correspondence was prompt, informative and friendly. It was so refreshing to hear how much knowledge and experience the team has with Rett syndrome. When your child has a rare condition it’s comforting not to have to explain every nuance of their condition and that Rett has a huge spectrum when it comes to presentation so a “one size fits all” approach is not going to work. Knowing they weren’t putting the phone down then actively googling Rett makes a nice change.
